An untouched Victorian property on a lovely street is the perfect opportunity to make something special. LBAD worked closely with the Client and Architect to create something different.

Design was at the heart of the project from the angled glazing at the rear to the clean herringbone flooring throughout the whole house.

While the house was cosmetically brought to life it was also extended substantially with a loft conversion and kitchen extension. This has given an abundance of natural light that was previously missing.

Our client then finished it all off with some stylish interior design options and wonderful furnishings.
