Gubyon Avenue

A tired house, with some lovely features. The customer wanted a total refresh and reconfiguration while keeping as many of the original features as possible. LBAD worked closely with the customer restoring the floors, doors, over-doors, cornicing, ceiling roses and radiators.

We reconfigured the house for modern day living by moving and opening up the kitchen, updating bathrooms and adding a utility room and walk-in wardrobe. A new heating system, underfloor heating, windows, and insulation were installed to improve the energy performance of the house. New materials were subtly selected to blend in with the original look and feel of the house.
